About the position

In the role of Field Sales Representative for the Cederroth First Aid business you will work with our customers in Denmark. Working as a Field Sales Representative with us means freedom, personal responsibility and variety, but also challenges giving you the opportunity for personal development and to strongly contribute to and influence our business. You will participate in conferences, trainings and other activities that Orkla Wound Care is involved in.

Tasks

As a Field Sales Representative for Cederroth First Aid, you are responsible for processing and developing sales to wholesalers and retailers that you visit, support and educate. This role can also involve co-visits with retailers at the end customers, where you have the role of product specialist, trainer and expert regarding first aid equipment and risks in workplaces.  

 

Your responsibilities include, among other:
 

  • Develop sales of Cederroth First Aid concept in your region
  • Conduct sales to existing and new customers and introduce new products
  • Educate and train retailers, their sales force and end customers
  • Work on category management and product exposure in stores
  • Participate in trade fairs, product demonstrations and events
  • Act as an expert in First Aid and work closely with the entire Orkla Wound Care B2B team, also at the Nordic level


In this role, you will report to Manager Field Sales & KAM SE/DK at Orkla Wound Care. You live in Denmark, have a home office and work mostly on the field.


Profile

We are looking for someone who:

 

  • Has experience in B2B sales on the field
  • Is committed, structured, responsive and have the right attitude
  • Is trustworthy and good at building relationships
  • Feel confident in presentations and educating people
  • Ideally a post-secondary education in Sales / Business or similar
  • Good experience of the Office package
  • Driving licence B
  • Intermediate skills in English (Orkla group language)

It is a merit if you have worked with product sales to the manufacturing industry or on the distributor/wholesaler level. You also match our values Brave, Trustworthy and Inspiring.
