Key Account Manager works with key clients to build long-term partnerships and ensure successful cooperation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key clients.
- Achieve sales targets and implement client plans.
- Negotiate pricing and cooperation agreements.
- Monitor sales performance and profitability.
- Coordinate activities with internal teams.
- Identify growth opportunities and support business development.
Preferred competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively at different levels.
- Results-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Adaptability and openness to change.
- Language skills: Lithuanian – 5, English – at least 4. (Level 1 = basic, Level 2 = good, Level 3 = very good, Level 4 = fluent, Level 5 = mother tongue.)
We offer:
- Salary level: €2800 - €3200 per month before taxes. (Indicative salary indicated. The specific salary will be negotiated with the candidate, depending on experience and competencies).
- Monthly bonuses based on performance and achievements.
- Health insurance after the probation period.
- On-site / hybrid work (3/2).
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00.
- Location: Vilnius, Kalvarijų 300.
