We are looking for Customer care manager.
Customer care manager is responsible for ensuring smooth end-to-end order management and delivery
coordination for customers, while maintaining accurate documentation and providing support in administrative and service-related processes. The role serves as a key point of contact between the customer, logistics, and internal teams to guarantee excellent customer service and operational accuracy.
Job responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Align delivery schedules with customers and reserve loading docks, handle invoice processing and manage credit notes.
- Monitor and report on service level performance and prepare internal reports.
- Oversee pallets turnover process: documentation, transport tracking, communication with customers,
defect resolution, and reporting.
- Submit invoice documents to accounting and ensure proper archiving (invoices, CMRs, delivery notes,
requests, contracts, etc.).
- Solve problematic or urgent customer and delivery-related issues.
- Order and manage office supply stock.
Preferred competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent
practical experience).
- Previous experience in customer service, order management, or logistics coordination (ideally in FMCG or retail sectors).
- Understanding of delivery and invoice documentation (e.g., CMR, invoices, credit notes).
- Strategically minded, creative and analytical thinker.
- Collaborative, solution focused approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and in a target driven environment.
- Language skills: Lithuanian – 5; English – at least 4
(Level 1 = basic, Level 2 = good, Level 3 = very good, Level 4 = fluent, Level 5 = mother tongue)
We offer:
- Fixed-term employment contract for 18 months.
- Salary level: €2500 - €2650 per month (before taxes). (Indicative salary indicated. The specific salary will be negotiated with the candidate, depending on his/her experience and competencies).
- On-site / hybrid work (3/2).
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00.
Location: Vilnius, Kalvarijų 300.
