As Project Manager Supply Chain Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in data-driven decision-making, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the implementation of initiatives that enhance supply chain efficiency, cost competitiveness, and agility across the supply chain.
The position works closely with senior management, senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable analyses, project plans, and deliverables. Through effective stakeholder management the role ensures alignment with business objectives and delivery of measurable value. Frequent travel is required for the role.
What You Will Do
- Drive development and execution of strategic supply chain initiatives, transformation programs and projects by project planning, tracking, and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead specific workstreams within large scale programs, ensuring delivery on time with high quality.
- Conduct quantitative analyses, including business case development, financial modelling, scenario analysis, and performance benchmarking.
- Translate business challenges into structured analyses and actionable priorities.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption and sustainable impact of initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and materials for senior management to drive decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues across the organisation to ensure alignment and joint ownership of key initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, methodologies, and ways of working within the team
Who We Are Looking For
You are analytical, structured and proactive, with the ability to turn facts into clear recommendations and practical plans. You communicate with confidence across functions and management levels and can handle several priorities at once. You enjoy working with others and stay focused when priorities shift.
We envision that you have:
- Master’s degree or equivalent within Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or supply chain roles
- Proven track record of successfully working in and/or leading projects
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex problems
- Experience working with data analysis, financial modelling, or business case development within supply chain
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional projects with stakeholders at multiple levels
- Good understanding of supply chain concepts (planning, production, logistics, network design, lean methodology)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
- Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in English
- Drivers license is required
