We are looking for a results - oriented Procurement Reporting Specialist to join our Supply Chain Procurement team. In this impactful role, you will develop, maintain, and enhance procurement reporting systems and processes—empowering our organization with actionable insights and supporting our journey toward operational excellence and sustainability.
Your Role and Impact
As a Procurement Reporting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our centralized procurement organization. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive reports and dashboards, analyzing procurement and sustainability metrics, and collaborating closely with both the procurement and sustainability teams. You will manage procurement reporting tools, coordinate with IT, and take ownership of data accuracy and system improvements.
This is a part-time possition.
Main Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain procurement reports and dashboards. Analyze data for trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. Present findings to procurement teams and stakeholders.

System Management: Oversee procurement-related IT tools (e.g., Supplier Portal, Sievo), ensure data integrity, and collaborate with IT for continuous system enhancements.

Performance Metrics & KPIs: Develop and track key performance indicators for procurement, monitor performance against targets, and provide recommendations based on data analysis.

Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with procurement, finance, and sustainability teams to understand reporting needs, support project data analysis, and deliver reporting solutions to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process and reporting improvements. Support team members on reporting tools and data interpretation as business needs evolve.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or procurement. Proficiency with reporting tools (Sievo, Supplier Portal, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Excel). Experience in procurement processes and sustainability topics is a plus.

Skills and Attributes: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Adaptable, with a focus on results, relationship building, and driving change within the organization.

Other Requirements: Fluency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in at least one local OCS language (Nordic or Baltic languages preferred).
