Join Our Team as Product Portfolio Development Manager, Central (Snacks)

We are now seeking a talented and results-driven Product Portfolio Development Manager, Central (Snacks) to join our R&D and Sustainability team. This position can work from any of Orkla Snacks countries (Sweden, Norway, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Denmark), offering flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across borders and cultures.

Position is fixed-term from August 2026 to Mid-January 2027.

Your Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate the performance, quality, and profitability of snack products through data-driven analysis.
Lead long-term product performance monitoring and recommend initiatives for renovation, harmonization, and innovation, including TIP methodology.
Drive larger and more complex harmonization and/or product development projects within snacks and cross-category.
Define and implement PD processes related to templates, sensory tests, structures, and validations.
Safeguard and support E2E cost out initiatives for snacks products.
Actively contribute to category forums with strategic input aligned with business objectives and consumer insights.
Collaborate with Commercial, local BU, and Supply Chain teams to support and realize commercial plans.

What You Bring

Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, product development, marketing, product design or related).
Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D, innovation, marketing, supply chain, or related areas.
Proven track record of leading and delivering successful innovation projects and launching new products.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret figures and trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and implement change.
High proficiency in English; proficiency in Nordic languages is a plus.
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Passion for food, consumer trends, and curiosity for new technologies.
