Profile of Role
You’ll join our vibrant team of data engineers and talented analysts who transform raw numbers into the vital insights that drive our entire business. You’ll get hands-on experience within the Microsoft Fabric stack, building sleek Power BI reports and exploring data modelling across our Marketing, CRM, Call Centre and Warehouse departments to name a few!. While our experts will offer some mentoring, you’ll take on a mini-project, giving you the chance to work autonomously and finish the internship with a standout achievement to feature on your CV.
The Individual
Don’t worry if you aren't a coding pro yet—we value creativity and problem solving over perfect technical skills. You will need good numeracy and a grasp of basic statistics to succeed. You’ll need a thirst for learning how to query data with SQL, experiment with Python or PySpark in notebooks, and craft DAX measures for semantic models. If you’re an A-Level or University student who is a self-starter, loves solving puzzles, and want to flex your technical and creative muscles in the real world, we’d love to meet you!

- Progressing and managing your mini-project
- Presenting your mini-project to the team
Personal Specification
- Math/Statistical focus
- Some coding experience
- Appreciation for tabular data (Databases or Data-frames)

- Good initiative and autonomy
Desirable Criteria
