We are hiring! Join Orkla Care Oy as our new Sales Controller in Vantaa.

Key responsibilities 

  • Act as a business partner for Sales, focusing on performance monitoring, business planning, and advanced financial analysis. 

  • Lead and embed Net Revenue Management (NRM) practices, optimizing pricing, trade investments, and customer profitability. 

  • Provide scenario modeling and margin analysis to guide commercial decisions. 

  • Collaborate with Sales to track KPIs, customer profitability, and campaign effectiveness. 

  • Support sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes. 

  • Participate in monthly closing, budgeting, and forecasting, especially for sales-related tasks. 

  • Ensure accurate reporting of trade spend, discounts, and promotional investments. 

  • Act as a key user and subject-matter expert for reporting systems (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SAP). 

  • Support automation and digitalization of reporting and data processing. 

  • Lead or participate in projects to improve financial insights and commercial processes. 

 

Desired candidate profile 

  • Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in NRM or sales control. 

  • Strong financial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders. 

  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Excel). 

  • Excellent communication skills; able to translate numbers into business insights. 

  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn and develop. 

  • Fluent in English and Finnish.
