Profile of Role
As Healthspan enters its next phase of multi-channel growth, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to support across our e-commerce and physical retail channels.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Designer and working within the Sales & Marketing department, this entry-to-mid level role is suited to a designer who is confident across digital and print, enjoys variety, and is keen to develop experience in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
Your time will be shared across our e-commerce and physical retail channels, supporting growth in both areas. A significant proportion of your focus will sit within Amazon optimisation, digital campaign delivery and online content creation, ensuring our listings, storefronts and advertising assets are engaging, compliant and conversion led. Alongside this, you will contribute to in-store design, local marketing activity and store-led CRM to support our expanding retail footprint. You will help ensure the Healthspan brand is delivered consistently, effectively and at pace across all customer touchpoints.
The Individual
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded designer who is confident working across both digital and print environments. The successful candidate will be organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting, while collaborating closely with colleagues across marketing, ecommerce and retail. They will bring strong technical capability in Adobe Creative Suite, a clear understanding of layout and visual hierarchy, and the ability to work within established brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas. An interest in both ecommerce and physical retail is important, along with a willingness to learn, adapt and develop across multiple channels as the business continues to grow.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Ecommerce & digital
- Support the Amazon channel through optimisation activities such as product image guidelines, storefront updates, and campaign and advertising creative.
- Create assets for paid and organic digital campaigns.
- Contribute to video creation for ecommerce and advertising use
- Adapt creative across formats while maintaining brand consistency and performance standards.
Retail stores
- Create in‑store merchandising assets, refreshing designs in line with monthly campaigns and promotional activity.
- Design point‑of‑sale materials, signage and visual merchandising assets to support store trading.
- Support local marketing campaigns through the creation of print, digital and social advertising assets.
- Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Retail Operations and external agency partners to support store concepts and expansions.
- Design email assets to support store‑led CRM activity.
- Create social media assets to support store launches and ongoing local engagement.
- Attend UK stores periodically where required to support launches, installations or concept development.
Collaboration & ways of working
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Designer to ensure creative alignment and brand consistency.
- Liaise with wider commercial marketing team and external partners to deliver engaging, dynamic and customer focused design to brief
- Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail and external partners to deliver briefs effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Contribute creatively while remaining commercially aware and detail‑focused.
Personal Specification
- Proactive and reliable, with a practical mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, commercial environment.
- Collaborative and approachable, with good communication skills.
- Adaptable and keen to develop skills across multiple channels.
Desirable Criteria
- Entry‑to‑mid level experience in a graphic design role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator,).
- Experience designing for both print and digital channels.
- Exposure to retail environments and/or ecommerce platforms is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work confidently within brand guidelines.
