We aim to drive the growth of the omega-3 category as a whole by building a powerful portfolio and differentiated brand experiences and are now looking for a Senior Global Brand Manager. Through strategic innovation and positioning, we strive to elevate both consumer understanding and market impact. Möller’s, the hero brand, has considerable potential for continued growth, and the Senior Global Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand in close collaboration with a strong team.
As Senior Global Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand initiatives and product innovation projects, using market insights to fuel Möller’s global growth and differentiation. You will be part of a dynamic, international team and work closely with cross-functional partners to manage the Möller’s product portfolio, monitor brand performance, and translate market insights into strategic brand initiatives.
The role reports to the Global Marketing Manager Omega-3 and collaborates closely with the entire Omega-3 organization, including central marketing, RD&I, and local markets.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Collaborate with the brand team to develop and implement innovative brand initiatives within the Omega-3 portfolio.
- Lead product innovation projects that drive brand growth and differentiation, overseeing the full process from ideation to commercialization, including concept development, testing, and launch planning.
- Support the development and execution of integrated brand communication strategies across channels, such as advertising, digital marketing, social media, and PR to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Work closely with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to create compelling brand messaging and creative assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Serve as the key contact point between local and central teams:
- Build strong, close relationships as a critical foundation for effective cross-functional collaboration and execution.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure global alignment and consistency in brand positioning, messaging, and activities.
- Ensure insights and feedback from local markets are effectively incorporated into brand projects and initiatives.
- Leverage market-specific intelligence, consumer insights and cultural nuances.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand health, market share, and sales to evaluate performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Conduct & apply market research and analysis to uncover emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to assess brand effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in brand management, marketing or related roles within FMCG or similar sectors.
- Preferably experience in the Omega-3 category as well as international, global, or regional roles.
- Strong project management skills, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-intensity, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the project innovation process, from ideation to commercialization.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and tactics - including content marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, and online advertising - to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness and sales
- Fluency in English, and in another Nordic language (both verbally and written)

- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to adapt to different local customs
- Structured approach and good time management skills when managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
