Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the maintenance of the full risk management cycle in the PortCo and development of the ERM framework, including close collaboration with the senior management

Responsible for the internal control monitoring and reporting

Maintain full risk management cycle and internal control monitoring, including coordination of the annual Risk and Internal Control Self-Assessments by all subsidiaries, and quarterly risk picture updates, as well as annual risk reporting to the Orkla Health Board and Orkla ASA

Guidance and expertise to the subsidiaries on risk management and internal control questions

Update and maintenance of the Governing Documents and update on the Orkla Health Governance Portal (Sharepoint)

ESG coordination and follow up
Experience and Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, internal control, compliance, or related fields
-
Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) and risk management standards (e.g., ISO 31000) applied in fast-paced, supply chain-intensive environments
-
Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD)
-
Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks
-
Solid knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to governance, risk, and compliance
-
Expertise in climate accounting and reporting
-
Experience with ESG strategy development or sustainability initiatives is a plus
-
Prior involvement in ESG strategy development, reporting, or sustainability initiatives is a strong advantage
Personal Characteristics
