Are you a hands-on communicator who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution? 
As Communications Manager for Norway, you will play a key role in driving Orkla Health's external and internal communications efforts in one of our most important markets and headquarters. 

As we embark on a strong growth journey in the upcoming years, your role will be critical in helping us communicate and embed our ambition to become a trusted health partner. In Communications & Public Affairs, we are evolving to meet this ambition - and you will be part of shaping and delivering this transformation in first Norway but also as part of headquarter.

You will be responsible for strengthening Orkla Health's position in the market, supporting business priorities, and ensuring that our strategic narratives are effectively brought to life. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with strong high-pace execution.

You will be working with great colleagues across headquarters, marketing, sales, regulatory, HR, country management responsible for some of Norways most beloved consumer brands such as Sana-Sol, Möllers, Solidox, Pikasol, and Jordan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the local communications plan in alignment with our growth strategy, and take part in executing our global communication priorities
  • Issues management and crisis communication readiness in the Norwegian market
  • Monitor and report on media coverage, reputation metrics, and stakeholder feedback
  • Plan and deliver earned media activities that support our company, category and brand positioning
  • High level Public Affairs activities to support business priorities 
  • Drive own channels to engage key stakeholders – internally and externally
  • Collaborate with Norwegian marketing teams on campaign alignment and storytelling
  • Produce and manage updates across the website and intranet platforms
  • Collaborate with team and agencies across countries


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Around 5 years of experience in communications, preferably from an international or matrixed organization – experience from retail or consumer health is a plus
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills in Norwegian and English
  • Strong experience with campaigns and PR – direct media relations and other channels
  • Experience in executing on internal communications as a natural part of an overall communications effort
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging narratives
  • Able to executive on our digital channels
  • High level of initiative, structure, and collaboration in a high-pace context
