In this role, you’ll shape our local marketing strategy, bring consumer insights to life, and work closely with regional and global teams to make our brands shine in the Korean market. It’s a chance to combine creativity with commercial impact in a fast-paced, international environment.


What You’ll Do

 Understand Consumers & Markets

  • Keep a pulse on what’s trending with Korean consumers.
  • Dive into market data and competition insights to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Share local insights with regional/global teams to shape smarter decisions.

🚀 Build Strategies that Drive Growth

  • Develop clear, actionable marketing plans that strengthen brand awareness and market share.
  • Align local strategy with regional/global direction — and make it work for the Korean market.

🎯 Bring Campaigns to Life

  • Lead impactful ATL and BTL campaigns with agency partners.
  • Launch new brands and products that resonate with local consumers.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to turn ideas into results.

🤝 Partner & Grow the Business

  • Team up with sales and commercial teams to expand our footprint in Korea.
  • Build strong partnerships with key customers, vendors, and agencies.
  • Represent Orkla brands confidently in partner and customer meetings.

🌍 Localize & Execute

  • Adapt brand materials and messages to fit local culture and regulations.
  • Support product registration, packaging, and labeling for new launches.

📊 Manage Budgets & Track Success

  • Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively.
  • Measure campaign performance and continuously improve results.
  • Provide regular marketing updates and insights for Orkla brands in Korea.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, ideally in FMCG, health, or personal care.
  • Proven experience working with or within multinational companies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, “can-do” attitude.
  • Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
