As Marketing Coordinator for Food Supplements, you will support the Global Category Team and play an important role in bringing our growth agenda to life. You will help ensure that all markets are well informed, engaged and aligned on key initiatives, contributing to successful execution across markets and strengthening Orkla Health’s position at the forefront of future consumer health trends.

 

You will report to the Global Category Manager. Your primary focus will be a project, which aims to transition the production of VMS products from in‑house manufacturing to an outsourced setup. 

This is a fixed-term position for 1½ years with the possibility of extension or turning into permanent position. Your key areas of responsibility among others include:

 

Your Responsibilities: 

 

  • Play a key part in ensuring alignment and information flow between markets, the Global Category Team and key stakeholders throughout the transition period of the project
  • Support to all markets: Coordination and communication related to the project, ensuring clear and structured information flow between the markets and the Global Category Team  
  • Close collaboration with key-stakeholders from each workstream in the project 
  • Ongoing updates, documentation and stakeholder alignment during the project lifecycle 
  • Primary driver on the backend-harmonization of Master Product Information together with R&D and be main responsible for the master stock keeping unit (SKU) list together with our Finance Dept. 

Your Profile: 

You are structured and results-driven with solid planning and organizational skills. You enjoy optimizing processes, collaborating across functions, and managing multiple stakeholders in an international environment. With strong communication skills and cultural awareness, you build trust and work effectively across different markets and local customs. You also bring:

 

  • Relevant Bachelor-level degree  
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an FMCG company or similar industry  
  • Ideally experience supporting Product Management activities in a company with its own manufacturing/production facilities 
  • Experience working across multiple cultures and within a medium to large organization 
  • Experience with SKU optimization across market 
  • Fluency in English and Danish preferred
