About the role
- As Global Brand Manager, you will support the development and execution of global brand and category strategies and ensure strong and consistent implementation across markets. You will translate insights into concrete initiatives, drive innovation projects, and provide clear guidance and tools to local teams.
- You will work closely with another Global Brand Manager in a similar role, where responsibilities are shared across brands, projects and key initiatives. Together, you ensure strong coverage of the overall scope, with responsibilities allocated dynamically based on priorities and workload.
- Both roles report to the Global Marketing Manager and require close collaboration, alignment and flexibility in how the agenda is managed over time.
Main responsibilities
- Translate global strategy and consumer insights into clear, execution-ready plans across product, communication and activation
- Drive innovation projects end-to-end, from concept, business case, packaging design and artworks, to market readiness and launch toolkits
- Manage parts of the product portfolio, including optimization, artwork updates and phase-outs
- Contribute to media and communication frameworks, including website, ensuring strong and consistent brand execution
- Develop and deliver practical tools, guidelines and materials for local market implementation
- Act as a key contact for local markets, supporting, guiding and following up on execution
- Support the implementation of the pricing strategy across markets
- Ensure alignment across functions and markets to secure high-quality and timely delivery
Your profile

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing and/or brand management
- University degree in marketing, business or similar
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and insights
- Experience from working across markets and/or channels (e.g. grocery, pharmacy, e-commerce) is a plus
- Experience from FMCG or consumer health care is an advantage
- Familiarity with digital tools and AI-based tools
- Fluent in English and Swedish
