Orkla Home & Personal Care (OHPC) is the Nordic region’s leading and largest supplier of detergents and personal care products. Among our most well-known brands are Zalo, OMO, Klar, Jif, Family Fresh, Define, Dr. Greve, and Lano. Sales are primarily through the grocery sector, specialty retail, and pharmacies. The company has approximately 450 employees and its headquarters are located at Skøyen in Oslo. Most of our products are manufactured at our factories in Ski (Norway) and Falun (Sweden).

At Orkla Home & Personal Care, we build some of the Nordic region’s most trusted and well-known household and personal care brands. We are now strengthening our commercial team and are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager who will take full responsibility for one of our most important customers. In this role, you will drive profitable growth, lead strategic collaboration, and create long-term value for both Orkla Home and Personal Care and the customer. 


This is a full-time, permanent position based at our headquarters in Skøyen, Oslo. 

 


What You’ll Do 

 

  • Own the full P&L and drive profitable, sustainable growth for your customer. 
  • Lead the strategic and operational customer relationship, securing strong long-term partnerships 
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term customer plans, including negotiations and agreement implementations 
  • Identify growth opportunities through insights, category analysis, and solid business cases 
  • Ensure correct pricing, terms, and strong value management across categories and segments 
  • Lead category and joint projects with the customer and ensure effective internal communication 
  • Drive the digital transformation agenda and contribute to key internal processes such as forecasting, budgeting, and innovation 
  • Development and succession planning within own team  

 

 


Your background 

 

  • 5-10 years’ commercial experience within Key Account Management, consulting, or other senior commercial roles. It is an advantage if you have FMCG experience 
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and strategic customer collaborations 
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with market insight tools 
  • Demonstrated understanding of value management and profitable growth drivers 
  • Comfortable navigating complexity across multiple categories and stakeholders 
  • Higher education at bachelor level or equivalent experience 
  • Fluent in a Scandinavian language and strong command of English
