Orkla Home & Personal Care (OHPC) is the Nordic region’s leading – and Norway’s largest – supplier of home and personal care products. For generations, we have developed products for cleaning and personal hygiene. Among our most well-known and beloved brands are Zalo, OMO, Klar, Jif, Family Fresh, Define, Dr. Greve, and Lano. Many of them are over 80 years old, while others are new rising stars. At Orkla Home & Personal Care (OHPC), we build some of the Nordic region’s most trusted and well-known home and personal care brands. We are now seeking a proactive and analytical Revenue Manager who will play a key role in strengthening our commercial performance. As Revenue Manager, you will be at the heart of our commercial strategy – working across sales, finance, marketing and procurement to develop and execute our revenue management strategy and ensure strong commercial decision-making across the value chain.

 

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our headquarters in Skøyen, Oslo.

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

 

  • Own and further develop OHPC’s Net Revenue Management strategy across pricing, promotions, trade terms and assortment.
  • Lead pricing governance and annual price processes, including preparation, coordination and maintenance of price lists.
  • Act as a close partner to Sales teams, providing insights, simulations and negotiation support – and participate directly in customer negotiations when required.
  • Monitor and follow up on value-chain margins, price realization, customer terms, mix and portfolio effects.
  • Drive continuous improvement of tools, systems and reporting to increase pricing transparency and commercial discipline.
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end profitability focus.
  • Act as an internal NRM competence hub, staying on top of trends and best practices and raising overall NRM maturity in OHPC.

 

 

Your background

 

 

  • University degree in finance, business, marketing or equivalent experience
  • Solid experience from analysis, category work, controlling or management consulting.
  • FMCG or brand-driven business experience is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Net Revenue Management practices is highly valued.
  • Experience with project or process management is a plus.
  • Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills.
  • High proficiency in Excel and solid skills in PowerPoint.
