Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and communication? Do you want to lead and enhance OHPC's communication strategy? Then you might be our next Communication Manager!
In this role, you will focus on both internal and external communications, ensuring our messages engage employees and resonate with external audiences. The tasks will include responsibilities such as contingency communication, media handling, internal communication advisory and reputation management. You will work closely with the management team, Marketing & Innovation department, consumer service, and the contingency leader. As our Communication Manager, you will be a part of our Nordic People & Communication team and report to the Nordic People & Communication Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication strategies for both internal and external audiences.
- Provide communication support for various projects and daily activities.
- Produce and publish content across internal (Intranet) and external (LinkedIn, etc.) platforms.
- Manage media relations and respond to media inquiries.
- Responsible for contingency communication.
- Manage and develop OHPC Visual Profile.
- Work with HR to enhance our Employer Branding initiatives.
- Lead a network of communication resources within OHPC.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of communication experience.
- Bachelor or master's degree in communication or a related field.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Experience in creating engaging content.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- High digital competence and interest in tech development within communication.
