Orkla Home & Personal Care (OHPC) is the Nordic region’s leading and largest supplier of detergents and personal care products. Among our most well-known brands are Zalo, OMO, Klar, Jif, Family Fresh, Define, Dr. Greve, and Lano. Sales are primarily through the grocery sector, specialty retail, and pharmacies. The company has approximately 450 employees and its headquarters are located at Skøyen in Oslo. Most of our products are manufactured at our factories in Ski (Norway) and Falun (Sweden).

We are expanding our Nordic sales team and are now looking for a driven Account Manager to help shape strong customer partnerships, influence commercial outcomes, and drive sustainable category growth.

Both roles are full-time, permanent positions based at our headquarters in Skøyen, Oslo.  

 

 

What You’ll Do 

 

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, banners, and regional stakeholders 
  • Own P&L performance in your business area and directly influence commercial results 
  • Develop and execute customer plans, including campaigns, annual negotiations, and activity follow-up 
  • Turn insights into growth by leveraging shopper and market data to identify opportunities 
  • Lead customer meetings and NPD presentations, including assortment and space recommendations 
  • Plan, forecast, and analyze activities to ensure high-quality execution 
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support customer development and drive shared success 

 

 

Your Background:  

 

  • Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent relevant experience 
  • Experience in Key Account Management or sales, ideally within FMCG 
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and negotiation ability 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in budgeting and forecasting 
  • Fluency in Norwegian and good proficiency in English 
  • Valid driver’s license
