Brand Manager to Orkla Home and Personal Care, Sweden
At Orkla Home & Personal Care, we build some of the Nordic region’s most trusted and well-known home and personal care brands. We are now looking for a Brand Manager for our office in Solna. In this role, you will be a central part of a skilled and engaged marketing team, responsible for developing strong and profitable brands in close collaboration with innovation, sales, and communications.
This is a temporary position for 9 months, with potential to be extended up to 1 year.
About the Role
As a Brand Manager, you will have both strategic and operational responsibility for one or more of our brands. You will work across the entire marketing mix – from insights, innovation, and design to communication and activation. The role requires the ability to think long-term while translating plans into concrete results.
You will have a significant impact on the development of the brand and will be a key contributor to driving growth and strengthening OHPC’s position in the Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand and category strategies
- Ensure clear brand positioning and commercial growth
- Analyze trends and consumer insights to drive innovation and communication
- Develop activation and communication plans
- Represent marketing in cross-functional projects
Your Profile
You are analytical, creative, and proactive – thriving in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration and significant influence.
You have:
- Solid experience in marketing, brand development, or commercial work – preferably in FMCG or a similar industry
- The ability to combine strategy, analysis, and creativity
- Strong commercial understanding and execution skills
- Relevant higher education in marketing, business, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
Practical Information
Some travel is expected in connection with factory visits, meetings and trade shows.
