At Orkla House Care, we work every day to help consumers achieve that feeling by providing them with the best tools and all the guidance they need for the job. We are a positive team working together to reach our goals, and we are looking for someone who is motivated by learning and success.
As Group Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brands are visually experienced – both globally and locally. You’ll be responsible for managing and executing visual communication for all brands across markets, while also holding operational ownership for Anza and Anza Pro in the Swedish market. The role is built around two core responsibility areas:
Global Visual Communication, you lead design execution and strategic coordination across markets, ensuring brand consistency and commercial impact. You manage external agencies, support brand managers with content production, and align visual workflows across business units to maximize efficiency and brand coherence.
Local Visual Ownership, you act as the visual lead for Anza and Anza Pro in Sweden, ensuring speed, quality, and cultural relevance in all visual output. You collaborate closely with the Swedish commercial team and support brand coordination tasks when needed, in agreement with the local Marketing Manager. Your focus is to drive both short-term activation and long-term brand building through impactful and locally adapted design solutions.
Your main areas of responsibility:

- Act as an inhouse design agency, receiving briefs from brand managers and translating them into effective visual solutions.
- Lead and coordinate design workflows across markets, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with brand strategies.
- Evaluate and balance what can be executed in-house versus what should be outsourced, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Manage external design agencies, including briefing, coordination, and quality control.
- Develop and maintain shared design assets (templates, icons, illustrations, 3D models) for cross-market use.
- Support international campaigns and launches with adaptable design materials tailored to local market needs.
- Ensure alignment with the OHC mindset by fostering collaboration and process efficiency across teams and markets.
- Maintain strong communication and coordination across markets to ensure efficient design processes and shared learning.
Local Market Design Ownership – Sweden (Anza/Anza Pro):
- Execute and adapt design work for Anza and Anza Pro marketing activities in Sweden across digital, in-store, POS, events, and educational materials.
- Ensure cultural relevance and consumer alignment in visual communication for the Swedish market.
- Maintain and update visual content for local digital channels (e.g., website, social media) in line with brand guidelines.
- Act as a local producer, ensuring speed, quality, and flexibility in visual execution.
- Collaborate with brand managers and commercial teams to ensure design contributes to both short-term sales-driving activities and long-term brand-building strategies.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all local marketing materials.
- Support the planning and execution of local events, trade shows, and customer activations, ensuring strong visual presence and brand consistency
- Update and maintain brand manuals, templates, and presentation materials for the Swedish market.
- Manage image banks and coordinate approvals of visual content.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or similar in relevant field (such as Media & Communication, Graphical Designer)
- Relevant education for 3D production (advantage)
- Visual producer / graphic designer 1-2 years
- Relevant Project manager or similar
- Has strong visual understanding and can translate brand strategies into effective design solutions.
- Produces independently and knows when to involve external support.
- Works in a structured way and can lead design projects from brief to delivery.
- Comfortable with digital tools and collaborates smoothly with multiple brand managers across markets.
- The position requires occasional travel, to support collaboration and market execution.
- Swedish and English (understanding of Norwegian and Danish is preferred)
