As Finance Manager Sweden, you will play a key role in supporting both our manufacturing operations and our broader Swedish organization in Bankeryd. Reporting to the Finance Director Operations and serving as a member of the local Leadership Team, you will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, governance and business partnering.
This is a broad role with a dual responsibility. You will act as the finance partner to our manufacturing operations while also overseeing the financial management of the Swedish site and legal entity. Working closely with leaders across Operations, Procurement, HR, IT, Marketing and Finance, you will help drive performance, support investment decisions and contribute to the continued development of our business.
Your main responsibilities
• Acting as a trusted finance business partner to Operations and the local Leadership Team
• Driving budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
• Providing financial analysis, insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• Monitoring and analysing operational and financial KPIs to identify risks, opportunities and performance improvements
• Supporting CAPEX planning, investment evaluations and follow-up
• Driving cost control initiatives and monitoring site common costs
• Ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis and management commentary
• Managing reporting to the Supply Chain Leadership Team and shareholders through Tagetik
• Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and consolidation activities
• Taking responsibility for corporate tax matters and ensuring compliance with relevant requirements
• Supporting liquidity management and working capital optimisation
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and audit requirements
Qualifications
• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Experience from a similar Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Business Controller position
• Eperience supporting a manufacturing, industrial or operational business environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills and strong affinity for financial systems and data analysis
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in Swedish and strong English skills, both written and spoken
• Experience with IFS and/or Tagetik is considered an advantage.
