- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including analysis and comments.
- Take responsibility regarding local tax issues
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations in cooperation with Finance Support
- Consolidation journals
- Report monthly to our shareholder through Tagetik
- Report monthly to the SC LT
- Track operational KPI’s
- CAPEX approval and follow-up
- Cost saving initiatives and follow-up
- Being responsible for tracking & analysing the site common costs
- Analyse the need for accruals and creating and tracking these
- Provide leadership with actionable insights.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain internal controls and audit readiness.
- Monitor liquidity and optimize working capital.
- Work closely with Finance Support, Operations, Procurement, other FMs/BCs and with the Cost Controller.
- Any other ad hoc tasks required by the FD
What you bring
- Degree in finance, accounting or related field through professional
- Experience in a similar role as a finance manager / Contoller for a prodution entity
- Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of ERP systems (IFS)
- Analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
