Our Business Intelligence & Analytics team is now looking for someone who stays ahead of the curve, keeping up with the latest in advanced analytics, visualization and AI. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing Power BI reports, and to continuously deliver insights across our value drivers.

The role will report to our Head of BI & Analytics, and you will be working closely with our Data Engineers and cross-functionally with all departments such as Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service.

We are currently on a journey to utilize new data sources, new tools and AI. We have already taken some major steps and now the Data Analyst will play a crucial role in realizing the success of these initiatives.
 

Scope and main responsibilities:

  • Overall responsible for Power BI reports within the Data & Analytics platform, serving reports that are used by all employees on a daily basis.
  • Managing our Semantic models together with the Data Engineers, working within our data platform in MS Fabric.
  • Create new reports,  high-end dashboards and analyses to provide new customer and business insights, and proactively create and share insight and inspiration.
  • Cross-functionally, deliver on customer and campaign analysis utilizing enriched big data.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc data requests and continuously explore our data
  • Ensure good data quality, clear KPI definitions and optimal Power BI licensing and performance

 

Qualifications:

  • BSc/MSc in Business Analytics, Data Science or similar quantitative background with strong academic results
  • Minimum 2-5 years’ relevant work experience. Preferably experience from consulting
  • Proven track record of using Power BI on an advanced level
  • Demonstrated strength in visualization and data storytelling
  • Experience with coding
  • Adaptable and with good collaboration skills, likes to work in a cross-functional team setting
  • Curious to continuously learn and stay updated on newest developments
  • Analytical mind with business acumen
  • Experience with Subscription business model is a plus
  • Fluency in Scandinavian language is preferred. Proficiency in English is required.
