We are now looking for a driven Commercial Manager to join our Norwegian team in VitaeLab – which is our biggest business area. You will have a key role in strengthening our commercial direction in Norway.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing sales, marketing, and media activities in the Norwegian market to accelerate customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability. This role reports to the Head of Commercial Norway. This is a 2-year temporary position, with strong possibilities for permanent tenure.
We’re looking for someone with exceptional execution skills who can drive sales through innovative ideas and high-impact content creation. You bring a proven ability to use AI tools to optimise and increase conversion rates, and you have a strong digital mindset where technology and data are a natural part of how you work.
Together with the rest of the Norwegian team, you will build a loyal customer base and develop effective marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital channels. You will work with annual plans, manage targeted promotions, and continuously track, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on insights and performance.
We are a lean team – and success in this role requires a hands-on mindset. You should be comfortable working operationally with tools such as CMS, campaign platforms (e.g. Meta), and in close collaboration with performance agencies to ensure strong execution. You are digitally native at your core, using technology, data and AI proactively to improve both speed and quality in execution.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners such as agencies and brand ambassadors and contribute to ensuring that our commercial priorities are translated into effective activities in market.

Qualifications:
Education and experience:
- Relevant bachelor/master's degree within sales, marketing, business or similar.
- +5 years of experience in commercial roles within sales and marketing, growth, and digital business.
- Subscription-based business model experience.
- Experience working with performance marketing and multiple media channels, preferably within D2C.
- Strong understanding of how marketing drives business results (e.g. CAC, LTV, profitability).
- Experience working hands-on with campaign tools, CMS or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Office 365 and analytical tools.
- Fluent in Norwegian, professional skills in English.
- Strong understanding and experience in how to integrate AI tools in everyday work
