Dutch-speaking Customer Care Assistant – Hourly Position
We are currently looking for an energetic Customer Care Assistant to join our team on an hourly basis. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers, supporting well-known concepts such as VitaePro and Oslo Skin Lab, just like our other assistants and consultants. You may be at the beginning of your career or already an experienced professional – what matters most to us is your positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Your primary responsibility will be handling inbound calls for our Dutch customer service, as well as proactively contacting customers by phone. We also expect an interest in sales, as we aim to leverage sales opportunities in all customer interactions. To succeed in this role, you will need strong written and spoken Dutch skills, along with a positive, solution-oriented customer service mindset.
We expect you to have
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- A results-driven and proactive approach
- An interest in health and wellbeing products
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch
- Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset
- English is our internal company language
