We are on an exciting growth journey to build Europe’s best digital subscription platform within the health and beauty industry. We are now looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Commercial to lead our Norwegian team in VitaeLab – which is our biggest business area.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of all commercial strategies, across both sales and marketing, gaining and acting on insights about consumers and the dynamics in the market to drive growth, profitability, and customer loyalty within the Norwegian market. You will play the key role in maximizing the number of active customers, revenue, and value per customer, while leading and inspiring a high-performing local team. The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer of VitaeLab.

 

Together with your team you will be responsible for developing and improving annual sales, marketing, and media plans across all relevant channels. We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, sales-driven, and passionate about growth.

 

You will launch targeted promotions, personalized customer offers, and continuously optimize campaigns based on insights and market trends. You have a sharp eye for commercial analysis, profitable campaign tailoring and product offerings that enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.

 

You will be responsible for conducting thorough market- and consumer research, staying ahead of opportunities, competitors and trends, and ensuring all activities are aligned with regulatory requirements. You will lead stakeholder and partner management, building strong relationships and extensive collaboration with internal teams, performance agencies, and suppliers to drive marketing efficiency and commercial growth. Negotiating favorable terms with media houses and agencies will also be a key part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Education and experience:

· Relevant education from sales and marketing.

· + 8 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably within D2C and including digital channels.

· Leadership experience.

· Broad-based knowledge and experience from creating and executing successful content and campaigns.

· Office 365 and analytical tools.

· Fluent in Norwegian, professional skills in English.

· Subscription based business model experience is a plus.

 

Personal skills:

· Leadership skills with the ability to engage and inspire.

· Profound commercial and analytical mindset

· Result-oriented, hands-on approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
