We’re looking for a new Czech or Slovak colleague to join our friendly team as a Customer Care Consultant.
Customer care is absolutely central to what we do, and right now we need someone to help us look after the customers of our premium brands, including the popular Oslo Skin Lab.

We’re looking for a new Czech or Slovak colleague to join our friendly team as a Customer Care Consultant.
Customer care is absolutely central to what we do, and right now we need someone to help us look after the customers of our premium brands, including the popular Oslo Skin Lab.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for our existing Czech and Slovak customers - via phone and email
  • Provide clear and easy-to-understand information about our products and how to use them
  • Help set up personalized programs that truly make sense for each customer
  • Use available tools and recommendations to ensure customers are satisfied and happy to continue their membership

With your support, our customers will feel heard, informed, and in good hands 💛

 

Who We’re Looking For

We care deeply about providing top-notch customer service, so we’re looking for someone who:

  • Speaks Czech and/or Slovak fluently
  • Has a natural feel for communication and can truly listen
  • Works with empathy, respect, and healthy confidence
  • Thinks commercially without ever losing a fair and honest approach
  • Is interested in a healthy lifestyle and the world of beauty
  • Can communicate in English when collaborating with international colleagues

Experience is important, but equally important are attitude, personality, and a genuine desire to do things well.
