The Job
As part of the NutraQ Group, you will contribute to our ambition of building Europe’s leading subscription-based business platform. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our English customers, providing accurate product information, creating positive interactions, and helping ensure our customers stay happy and loyal. In addition to customer satisfaction, you will also work with sales activities and actively contribute to retaining our customers and reduce customer-churn.
Your main responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to our UK customers, by handling incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care.
- Reach out to existing customers through follow-up and welcome calls, building lasting and positive relationships from the very first contact.
- Turn cancellations into renewals by truly understanding customer needs and offering solutions that make them want to stay.
- Handel administrative tasks related to the customer care process with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer journeys and shared success.
- Be part of an engaged, supportive, and fun team where everyone’s ideas matter.
What we offer:
- The assignment will start as a six-month employment with very good chances of extension if we enjoy working together.
- Full time position (37,5 hour working week) Monday to Friday 9:30 – 17:30.

We wish to offer our customers the best care and source of product information possible. Therefore, you need to have high standards when it comes to being service minded and have excellent communication skills. An important part of your job will be to work proactively to retain our customers and find solutions that make them choose to stay with us.
Previous experience in customer experience and service is an advantage but not a requirement – with the right attitude and interest in the role, everything can be learned!
