We are looking for a temporary
DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
to join our digital marketing team as a parental leave substitute. You will have an independent role where you have the opportunity, freedom, and responsibility to make decisions and develop our digital presence and capabilities.

Your key responsibilities are
- Developing and monitoring brand website guidelines and policies
- Cooperating with our marketing managers and agency partners
- Supervising the Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO, Websites & Community Management main responsibilities)
- Optimizing marketing campaigns, including social media and digital advertising
- Implementing, overseeing, and managing digital marketing strategies
- Developing digital marketing both in-house and in collaboration with partners
This is what we looking for in our new employee
- Previous experience and good knowledge in digital marketing (content marketing, social media, SEO/SEA, etc.)
- Experience in the FMCG business and working in a global environment is an advantage
- Strong project management skills, quick ability to learn, result- and commercially-driven mindset, and team-oriented personality
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English; Swedish is a advantage
