As an independent PortCo with its own board and management structure, OCS is evolving. Our future organization will focus on three categories: Confectionery, Snacks, and Biscuits. This structure aims to enhance cost efficiency, harmonization, and investment in our brands, factories, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Long-term and medium term detailed capacity plan and master planning of own area of responsibility (Category, Factory, Production lines, Suppliers volume need) 
• Lead Supply Review for assigned category factories, and the weekly Category S&OE process.
• Secure order plans (in weekly buckets) are delivered to assigned stakeholders (procurement, material call-off, production schedulers, and others.) 
• Participate actively in Category S&OP process.  
• Secure correct and updated master data within the Supply Planning area. 
• Responsible for continuous improvement of the work tasks. 
• Responsible for alignment between key stakeholders (mainly Category Operations and Procurement)  
• Responsible for securing standardization according to functions target. 
• Collaborate with Category Operations teams, Procurement teams, and finance teams.  
• Prepare and present reports, supply volume forecasts, and recommendations to management.   
• Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to strengthen Supply planning and S&OP/S&OE processes.   
• Participate in R&D projects from Planning perspective. 
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.   

Candidate Profile
We believe our S&OP Manager has the ability to motivate for a collaborative, goal-driven team environment to achieve results and navigate change. The ideal candidate should possess:

• Master's degree in Supply Chain or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of Supply Master Planning experience
• The role requires knowledge in supply chain, planning, logistics, business, and finance.  
• The candidate should have deep demonstrated knowledge within Supply Master Planning (production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, etc.) 
• The candidate should have communication skills and the knowledge to make presentations and reports for management.   
• The candidate should have knowledge in Office package, ERP systems, and/or Supply Chain Planning tools and systems.
• The candidate needs to understand, and preferably have experienced centralized Master planning
• Experience in a multinational environment and/or matrix responsibilities is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and process-/project management skills.
