As Head of Reward & HR Analytics, you will have the chance to shape and execute our global reward strategy while building an HR analytics platform from the ground up. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to leadership and HR, ensuring that our compensation structures remain competitive and aligned with business goals, while making data-driven decisions to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance. 

 

Main tasks and responsibilities in this role will be: 

  • Develop and implement a global reward strategy that encompasses salary structures, bonus incentives, and employee benefits, ensuring competitiveness in the markets. 
  • Lead initiatives such as salary reviews, pay benchmarking, and bonus plans for Orkla Health’s leadership teams. 
  • Ensuring fairness in compensation across different roles, geographies, and genders, while staying compliant with local labor laws and regulations 
  • Act as a strategic advisor to management on matters related to compensation and benefits, ensuring they support both retention and attraction of talent. 
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for HR metrics, providing senior leadership with real-time insights into workforce demographics, compensation trends, and more. 
  • Establish Orkla Health’s HR analytics platform, leveraging data to inform decisions on workforce trends, performance, and engagement. 

 

We believe the ideal candidate have the following qualifications: 

  • A master’s degree in Organizational Leadership/HR, Business Administration, or Finance. 
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3-5 years in compensation and benefits, preferably within an international context. 
  • Strong analytical skills, technical reasoning and preferebly experience in building HR analytics platforms. 
  • You are a credible, independent leader with the ability to turn strategy into action. 
  • You are fluent in English and a Scandinavian language 
  • Experience from implementing global HR initiatives is a great advantage 
  • Good presentation skills and a solid track record of presenting complex information in an "easy to understand” way
