På(fyll) is a new startup from OrklaÆra and Bakken & Bæck, and we're on a mission to make everyday living easier while tackling a massive problem: the growing amount of plastic waste from household products. Our unique circular service delivers and picks up everyday products in refillable containers, right at your doorstep.

 

We have an enormous ambition to make zero-waste living easy and accessible for every individual in the Nordics within the next five years. På(fyll) has been rigorously tested in market and today we serve customers across Norway. We are now looking for a creative and strategic Head of Brand and Engagement who wants to make På(fyll) known to everyone, in Norway and beyond.

 

As a leader in the company, you will own the brand and help grow På(fyll) into a global proof point for zero-waste living.

 

What will you be doing?

The Head of Brand and Engagement will play a key, hands-on role in the growth and evolution of På(fyll) as a business and a brand. You will be responsible for establishing the brand as a leader in sustainable convenience and a challenger in the FMCG market. More specifically:

 

  • Own and lead the development and execution of a clearly stated and insights-driven communication strategy, in close collaboration with leadership and key stakeholders
  • Oversee our brand direction and its development, ensuring all forms of communications and touch-points remain consistent
  • Seek new and creative ways to translate our brand and service into engaging stories that align with our business and core values
  • Help the company stay up-to-date on the latest consumer insights and trends
  • Collaborate well with key Orkla brand managers and external partners to ideate and produce creative concepts across a wide range of outputs, plus identify communications opportunities
  • Use proven tactics or methods to guide På(fyll) through moments of transformation, helping the team create a shared language around the complexities of circularity, while making sure we stay true to our core values

 

What are the ideal qualifications?

To help our brand and service grow, we are looking for someone who has:

 

  • A genuine interest in creating tangible impact in service of our mission
  • A proven track record of creating and implementing successful brand and communications strategies to bring new brands and services to market - preferably within the field of sustainable innovation
  • The ability and desire to go from broad strategy development to detailed execution
  • Enjoys creating and learning with people across a wide-range of disciplines
  • A strong communicator, both written and oral, with fluency in Norwegian and English a must
  • Diverse experiences in leadership, sustainability, digital product development, package design and the startup culture a nice bonus ;)
