HR Technical Architect, Orkla ASA, Skøyen


The HR Technology Architect is a member of the global HR Application Operation Support Team and serves as a trusted HRIS strategist for Human Resources. 


Would you like to influence HRIS strategic roadmap for Orkla and work with strategic governance group(s), the senior management team, management teams, and staff across the organisation to deliver global support, projects and technology which enables Orkla HR to achieve its vision and strategy?


Key highlights of the role


  • We need someone that can deliver support in change management on a global scale and contribute to analysis and implementation of system and process change.
  • You will be responsible for coordinate support and maintain and develop functionality in SAP HR, SuccessFactors, PeopeDoc, EpiUse and various of other global HR solutions
  • You will work closely with the process owners to ensure all business needs are fully being met and enabled
  • Your role will support us in the analysis, testing and implementing of release notes, new functionality and recommendations to enhance and develop new system capabilities


What do they need to have?

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in relevant subjects.
  • HR relevant work (business partner, analysts, HRIS etc.)
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint, advanced Excel, PowerPoint. Good in writing documentation

  • The position is suited to creative mindset so if you have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to new challenges and ideas this role is for you.
  • You should demonstrate an ability to take initiative in improving working methods, have good collaboration and communication skills, and interest to deliver training and maintenance of vocational skills.

  • Ideally, we would love someone that have a solid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions and processes, and the ability to handle various of tasks even during time pressures.
