Specialists in one or more Success Factors module in Orkla ASA, Skøyen

  • We are looking for more specialists with experience within one or more SuccessFactors module, to help us improve the employee journey, and to continue Orkla`s digital HR transformation. Orkla has started a global rollout of SAP SuccessFactors and we need to further build our specialist team. If you like to work with others to make the digital employee journey in Orkla as effortless as possible and you like to work with improvement and support, this would be an opportunity for you.
  • We need a team that can deliver support and development on a global scale and contribute to analysis and implementation of system and process change

 

 

Key highlights of the role:

  • You must be interest in people and technology, developing and improving the employee journey for our employees
  • You will be responsible for supporting Orkla`s strategic processes global environment
  • You will work closely with the process owners to ensure all business needs are fully being met and enabled
  • Your role will support us in the analysis, testing and implementing of releases, new functionality and recommendations to enhance and develop new system capabilities

 

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in relevant subjects
  • Experience or valid SAP certification with SAP SuccessFactors learning, Performance, Succession, Compensation, Recruitment, Employee Central or Onboarding
  • HR relevant work experience (business partner, analysts, HRIS etc.)
  • Up to date on the latest SAP releases and functions
  • Fluent in English, and one Scandinavian language
  • Experience with implementation of Employee Central and configuration is a plus

  • You should demonstrate an ability to take initiative in improving working methods, have good collaboration and communication skills, and interest to deliver training and maintenance of vocational skills.

  • Ideally, we would love someone that have a solid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions and processes, and the ability to handle various of tasks even during time pressures.
