HR Business Partner

Orkla’s Branded Consumer Goods business comprises the Orkla Foods, Orkla Confectionery & Snacks, Orkla Care and Orkla Food Ingredients business areas. Orkla’ s corporate center is now looking for a new experienced person who can take on the role as our HR Business Partner for Orkla Group Procurement (OGP). Orkla has a central Procurement organization consisting of approximately 150 employees spread across many companies and countries. Being responsible for all sourcing across Orkla, OGP stands for a substantial part of the Group’s financial targets.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

The HR Business partner is responsible for enrolling the Orkla Group HR strategy for Procurement as a part of Supply Chain, with an underlying ambition to support the business agenda. The role shall support OGP in all HR processes and policies in close interaction with VP HR Supply Chain and local HR contacts. This include for example;

  • Plan and coordinate the salary reviews yearly together with other stakeholders
  • Facilitate the yearly Performance Management cycle, including bonus reward
  • Take an active part in organizational processes and projects
  • Give support to established and new competence programs
  • Involvement in manning and recruitment

About you:

  • You are a business-oriented person, and have a strong drive to develop organizational capability and efficiency within the organization
  • You know the HR area well and are able to identify and proactively drive improvements initiatives
  • You are structured and able to handle a complex organization
  • Good project management skills


  • University degree with specialization in HR, Economics, Engineering or other relevant University degrees
  • 5 years of broad experience from the HR area
  • Knowledge of international labor law is prefered.
  • Ideally you have experience from dynamic and international companies


Some travel may occur.
