The department

Group HR Operations’ main responsibility is to provide global support on HR technology and applications to all Orkla’s Business areas. We support over 17.000 employees across the world daily and are also implementing new functionality and systems for continuous improvement and digitalization of HR processes in Orkla.

 

Orkla’s cloud-based HR suite is SAP SuccessFactors, but we also support SAP on prem and master data processes globally.

 

 

Your role

  • You’ll be the first point of contact at the service desk supervising all support tickets coming in and solving tickets of huge variety.
  • Dispatch tickets to the other team members and follow up on unsolved tickets.  
  • Develop documents and learning content for our HR platforms.
  • Training of end users in self-service solutions.
  • Participate in project activities

The position is a 12-month temporary position with the possibility of extension.
