We design and manufacture underwear and basics for the Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish online markets and grocery channels. Sustainability is a key issue for Pierre Robert Group, and we aim to be the Nordic favourite for sustainable basics. Pierre Robert Group owns the Pierre Robert, La Mote, Norlyn, Black Horse brands. The company has about 250 employees and turnover in 2019 was in excess of 630 million NOK.

Are you our Swedish speaking E-commerce & Brand Manager for Sweden?

Would you like to work in an entrepreneurial-minded team for a company that actively works for a more sustainable textile industry? Do you have a burning interest of digital marketing and sales? Is your finger on the pulse of the Swedish fashion world? And are you driven by creating commercial results by a trial and learn approach? Then you should read on! 

We are seeking a Swedish speaking E-commerce and Brand Manager to plan and execute activities that create engagement and sale for the Pierre Robert brand through our Swedish webshop and other retailers on the Swedish market. The role is also responsible for creating success for Pierre Robert on Zalando.


Main tasks and responsibilities

Manage the e-commerce performance for pierrerobert.se

  • Owning the digital path to purchase journey from acquisition to sales and retention 
  • Create a campaign plan that is relevant and engaging for the Swedish market, execute and optimize communication activities such as marketing emails, SoMe campaigns etc
  • Manage and execute efficient search strategies (SEM and SEO)
  • Ensure text/language on pierrerobert.se that is informative and inspiring to read for our customers 


Build the Pierre Robert brand on the Swedish market 

  • Create a lean and targeted media plan for the Swedish market and ensure execution of this to drive sales online and in the sports channel 
  • Work with our PR agency to ensure strong earned media coverage
  • Support the National Retail Manager in creating campaigns and sales material


Create success for Pierre Robert on Zalando 

  • Set the assortment strategy and manage portfolio on Zalando
  • Decide, execute and follow up of marketing/sales strategy 


What Will Make You Successful

  • Strong commercial drive with a “can do” attitude and implementation power 
  • Innovative and creative spirit to think “out of the box”. Enjoys creating hypothesis and run controlled experiments to optimize results  
  • Strong analytical and data-driven thinking, yet with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour
  • Creative and communicative with an interest of creating informative and inspiring content including graphical elements. You will cooperate with content resources but you need to be able to create basic variations on your own to execute tests effectively
  • Technologically savvy with strong willingness and capacity for learning new systems 
  • A strong understanding of the Swedish marketing and sales “universe”, preferably within the apparel category. Experience from PR, communication or media is highly relevant and would be a benefit
  • Experience with operative ecommerce, marketplaces, web and performance marketing targeted B2C would be desirable but is not compulsory
  • Proficient/mother tongue level of Swedish 
  • A University Degree within business, media or technology is preferred, but relevant professional experience can compensate for the lack of formal education

The role will report to Director of E-commerce and is office based on PRG/Orkla’s HQ at Skøyen, Oslo.
