Are you ready to make an impact and join a company that offers the chance to build a lasting career? Orkla is looking for new Brand Managers who are passionate about marketing and products to join Orkla Foods Norway and Orkla Confectionary & Snacks Norway (both based at Skøyen).

What will you be doing:
•    Responsible for results of one or more of our beloved and well-known brands.
•    Responsibility for continuous improvement – you will work in a cost-effective manner whilst continually growing sales volume, increasing profits and building a strong market position for your brand. 
•    Responsibility for understand your brand’s profitability and ability to initiate necessary improvements to boost market value. 
•    You will execute brand strategies for your brand/product which includes;

  • Developing new and better products and take part in innovation projects and initiatives
  • Develop new brand and packaging design 
  • Develop consumer communication, working with all relevant media channels throughout the consumer journey

 

Who are you? 
•    Minimum of four years education from university with strong academic results.
•    You have high levels of analytical skills and good economic understanding combined with a strong interest in marketing. 
•    You are a self-starter who is curious and seeks out new and creative solutions. 
•    You have a strong working capacity combined with a desire to deliver good results and act as a change agent. 
•    You are a team player who is able to share your ideas and insights in an inclusive and effective way. 
•    You are ambitious, thrive on change and have a desire to build a long and successful career within Orkla. 
•    Strong passion and drive for consumer products and marketing.
•    Fluency in one Scandinavian language and English is required.
