Orkla IT is the in-house IT expert in Orkla, providing IT services to all of Orkla including both IT operational services and IT project implementations and consultancy.

Orkla IT was transformed from “Orkla Shared Services” to “Orkla IT in 2015”, given a broader mandate: Utilize IT to create value for Orkla. The organization  has the following strategic priorities:
- Adapt to new technology and enable Orkla to use digitalization as a strategic business lever/to gain competitive advantage
- Support new geographical footprint and provide a competitive IT set-up to support demand in Eastern Europe

Our ambition/strategy for future infrastructure is “cloud first”.
