If you are at the end of your studies, have an interest in new technology and business, please notice our IT Young Professional Programme. This is an annual opportunity for new graduates where the recruitment process happen during the fall (September/October). You receive a permanent contract from day one, as well as training, courses and your own mentor.

In Orkla IT we are about 140 employees, of which more than 40 % are women.
