Global Marketing Manager Möller's 


As the Global Marketing Manager for the Möller's Brand, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brand's growth and market penetration on a global scale. You will lead a dynamic team of marketers to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with Möller's brand objectives and resonate with target audiences. 

The Marketing Manager Möller's will have direct responsibility for the brand's profit and loss (CM2) and budget, encompassing brand strategies and growth initiatives aimed at achieving sales and equity objectives.
The dynamic team consisting of Brand Managers, a designer and a marketing coordinator for Möller’s. The team will collaborate closely with the full omega-3 team, the research and development team and the markets,  ensuring alignment with Orkla Health’s strategic objectives for the category.
The role will be reporting to the Global Category Director Omega-3 in Orkla Health.

 

In this role your main tasks will be:

•    Global ownership of the brand Möller’s. Responsible to develop and implement a brand positioning and USP and secure a solid global growth and brand development, measured on brand equity development and financial KPIs. 
•    Development of a global brand growth strategy with a clear brand architecture that enables growth across relevant target groups and segments.
•    Communication development to support both core brand, as well as innovations. Ensure that needs of markets are met in both format and performance, test in selection of largest markets.
•    Ensure communication guidelines are made available to the markets that enable effective implementation and localization of the global material, and that supports reaching one look and feel globally. Lead the timely delivery of innovation packages and marketing campaigns.
•    Global portfolio management of Möller’s including securing a strong pipeline for the upcoming years. 
•    Develop an innovation strategy and innovation concepts that delivers on globally relevant consumer needs and market trends.
•    Work closely together with a multi-functional strategy team to secure joint ownership and commitment to deliver growth initiatives according to objectives. 
•    Develop a channel strategy for Möller’s, with clear guidance on where Möller’s shall be listed. 
•    Establish a price strategy with defined price corridors for guidance to the markets.
•    Utilize market and consumer insights to drive brand strategy and decision-making
•    Manage the A&P budget globally for the Möller's brand, ensuring efficiency in investments
•    Develop optimal marketing mixes in cooperation and combination with relevant Country resources.
•    Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support brand goals
•    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in brand management to continuously improve Möller's brand strategies
•    Actively contribute to total Orkla Health’s success as a member of the Marketing Leader Group (MLG) and strategic contributor to the Management Team. 


To succeed in this role, we believe that you have the following experience and qualifications:

•    A master’s degree level within relevant areas
•    Minimum 8 years of working experience, 3 years of management experience
•    Preferably experience from working in more than one market
•    Proven track record from brand management roles in Health categories. 
•    Experience from working with financial data / Marketing or Category KPIs 
•    Proven good business acumen and analytical skills
•    Fluency in English and preferably local language of country (verbally and written)

Travel will be required in the role.
